以硅铝比为38的分子筛为模板,蔗糖为前驱体,用模板法制备了中乳炭材料,并对制备的材料进行了表征.重点探讨了以制备的碳材料为载体,Ce为活性组分的催化剂的脱硝性能.结果表明,制备出的碳材料存在部分中孔,平均孔径为2.9 nm;负载了Ce的催化剂,NH3选择性催化还原(Selective catalytic reduction,SCR)脱硝性能比未负载的脱硝性能好,表明Ce具有催化作用;将制备的碳材料经硝酸预处理,发现Ce负载量为10%的催化剂脱硝活性最好,在380~450℃之间保持60%以上的NO转化率.
