通过对ZN-1阻尼橡胶材料进行加速热氧老化试验,考察了其在老化前后阻尼性能的变化;利用Arrhenius方程推导出了该材料的阻尼性能与老化时间、老化温度的关系.结果表明:随着老化温度的升高及老化时间的延长,ZN-1阻尼橡胶材料的最大损耗因子逐渐减小,并得到了25℃时热氧老化后最大损耗因子与老化时间的关系式,可用于阻尼橡胶材料老化后阻尼性能及使用寿命的预测.

The damping properties changing before and after aging of ZN-1 damping rubber material were investigated by using accelerated aging test. The relation of damping properties, aging temperature and aging time of the material was deduced according to the Arrhenius formulation. The results show that the maximum loss factor of the ZN-1 damping rubber material decreased gradually with the increase of aging temperature and aging time. The equation between the maximum loss factor and the aging time at 25 ℃ was obtained, which could predicate the damping properties after aging and life of damping rubber material
