以马钢CSP流程生产电工钢特点为基础.模拟了典型高牌号无取向电工钢(50W310)的生产过程,研究了常化温度对典型高牌号无取向电工钢(50W310)的组织、织构和性能的影响.结果表明:经过热轧板常化处理的成品磁性能完全达到国标要求;在实验室研究的热轧板常化温度范围内(900~1 050℃),随着常化温度的升高,热轧板晶粒尺寸逐渐增大;成品晶粒平均尺寸呈先增大后减小的趋势;成品中织构强度变弱,特别是{111}、{112}和{114}等织构明显减弱;成品铁损P_(15)值呈先降低后升高的趋势,磁感B_(50)值单调递增,但增幅较为缓慢.

Based on the characteristic of electrial steel produced by CSP process of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co Ltd. , the technical process of 50W130, one of typical high-grade non-oriented electrical steels, was simulated. The effects of the normalizing temperature on microstructure, texture and magnetic properties of 50W130 were studied. The results are as follows, firstly, the magnetic properties of hot rolled sheets prodcuts has met the chi-nese standard completely through normalizing process. Secondly, with the increase in nomalizing temperture at the range of 900-1050 ℃, according to the research of laboratory scale, the crystallite dimensions of hot rolled plates increase. Thirdly, the average sizes of the finished grains show a trend of first increase and then decrease. Fourth-ly, the texture strength of the product become low, espacially such texture as {111}, {112} and {114}. Finally, the iron loss (P_(15)) of products show a trend of first decrease and then increase, and the magnetic induction (B_(50)) monotonically increases with relatively solw growth.
