采用热致相分离法制备聚乙烯(PE)-聚丙烯(PP)-豆油体系共混微孔疏水膜,膜的支撑材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)无纺布,研究了淬冷温度、PE和PP质量比、稀释剂萃取时间等制膜条件以及膜蒸馏操作条件对膜蒸馏分离性能的影响.结果表明:PE-PP共混膜最佳成膜条件为:铸膜液温度为220℃,铸膜液中PE-PP共混物质量分数为30%、PE和PP的质量比为1∶6,成核剂己二酸质量分数为0.3%、平均膜厚度为225 μm、淬冷水温为45℃、正己烷萃取时间为24 h.此条件下制备的平均孔径为0.16 μm的PE-PP共混膜在真空度为0.095MPa、进料温度为348.15K、进料流量为35 L/h的操作条件下膜蒸馏纯水通量可达10.68kg/(m2·h),截留率高于99.8%.
