采用自动化高速电弧喷涂技术在45钢基体表面上制备了高非晶含量的FeNiCrBSiNbW涂层和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢涂层。采用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪和X射线衍射仪等对涂层的组织结构进行表征;在磁致伸缩汽蚀仪上采用失重分析法对非晶涂层的空蚀性能进行试验研究,并用扫描电镜观察涂层的表面及截面的空蚀形貌,探讨非晶涂层的空蚀破坏机理。结果表明:FeNiCrBSiNbW涂层的组织均匀,结构致密,起始晶化温度为528℃,平均孔隙率为3.5%,硬度为967HV。FeNiCrBSiNbW非晶涂层的抗空蚀性能明显优于1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢涂层。
FeNiCrBSiNbW amorphous coating and 1Cr18Ni9Ti coating were fabricated on 45 steel substrate by high velocity arc spraying process. Microstructure of the coatings was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction ( XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDS) analysis. The cavitation erosion behavior of the coatings was also investigated on a vibratory cavitation apparatus. The eroded surfaces were examined by means of SEM and cavitation erosion mechanism was discussed in detail. The results show that FeNiCrBSiNbW amorphous coating has a low porosity of 3.5% , and its glass transition temperature is 528 ℃ and the average hardness is 967 HV. The cavitation erosion resistance of the FeNiCrBSiNbW coating is better than that of the 1 Cr18Ni9Ti coating.
