在各种浸锌溶液优选的基础上,通过添加缓蚀剂、细化剂、活化剂、促进剂、电位调节剂、稳定剂、表面活性剂及无氰化物的组合络合剂等研制出了一种全新的化学浸锌工艺。该工艺配方合理,工艺维护简便,控制容易,化学浸锌层与铝硅合金基体结合力强,覆盖率高,与其它镀层结合性好,是一种替代有氰化学浸锌的新工艺。
Based on various zincation solutions, a novel chemical zincation technique was put forward through applying inhibitor, refining agent, activator, accelerating agent, potentialconditioning agent, stabilizer, surfactant, and noncyanide composite complexing agent, which has appropriate batch formula, simple maintaining and controlling conditions. Strong adhesion was found between chemical zincation layer and AlSi alloy substrate, with high coverage, and zincation layer was well adhered to other coating layers, indicating a proper technique which may substitute cyanide chemical zincation process.
