用偏光显微镜、扫描电镜及广角X射线衍射法对轧制聚丙烯的取向结构进行了研究,其球晶结构轧制后成为一种"饼"状,并沿轧制方向排列.用X射线极角扫描法(透射)可以得到聚合物结晶的c轴取向分布.Legendre多项式中的偶数项系数〈Pn(cosχ)〉c描述了聚合物分子链的取向分布,以近仿射形变理论计算出〈Pn〉c(n从2至10),其结果与实验数据有较好吻合.
