在金属铬和铬盐产品的生产过程中,会产生大量铬渣,铬渣毒性剧烈,是严重污染生态环境和危害人类健康的危险废物。铬渣中含有丰富的CaO、MgO、Fe2O3等成分,在工业生产中能代替石灰石、白云石等原料使用,可达到节约资源、降低能耗的目的。介绍了中国钢铁企业利用烧结、高炉处理铬渣的现状,分析解毒机理、工艺过程和应用实践,阐述了铬渣在钢铁冶金过程中进行综合利用的途径和前景,并提出了建议。
There will arise a mass of chromiumcontaining residue in the production process of chromium and chromic salts. There are plenty of CaO, MgO, Fe2O3 in chromiumcontaining residue, which can replace limestone and dolomite for industrial production, so the resources are saved and the energy expenditure is reduced. Chromiumcontaining residues are dangerous waste that seriously pollute the ecological environment and harm the human health due to the big output and fierce toxicity. The present processing situation of chromiumcontaining residues by sintering and ironmaking in our steel enterprises is introduced, and disintoxicating mechanism, technological process and application practice are analyzed. The way and prospect of comprehensive utilization of chromiumcontaining residues in the ferrous metallurgy process are elaborated, and the proposal is put forward.
