采用基于密度泛函微扰理论的第一性原理方法研究了WB2型WB2和AlB2型WB2的带心声子性质,计算了AlB2型WB2的电声耦合作用和超导转变温度.结果表明,AlB2型WB2的电声耦合常数为0.87.电声耦合作用主要来源于B原子振动声子关联模式的贡献.估算得到AlB2型WB2的超导温度为16~22.2 K(取μ*=0.15~0.1时).研究结果表明A1B2型WB2是一类较强的电声耦合超导体.
The properties of zone-center phonon of WB2-type WB2 and AlB2-type WB2 are invesitigated using the first-principles linear response calculations based on the density functional theory,and the electron-phonon coupling (EPC) and superconducting transition temperature of AlB2-type WB2 are calculated.The calculated EPC constants was 0.87.The B-vibration-related phonon modes played the most important role in EPC interaction.The estimated superconducting transition temperature Tc for AlB2-type WB2 is 16~22.2 K,using the coulomb pseudopotential μ* =0.15 ~0.1.The calculated results showed that AlB2-type WB2 is a strong EPC superconductor.
