以聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇(PPC)为软段,以二羟基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,合成水性聚氨酯(WPU)预聚体,通过氨基硅油(AEAPS)接枝改性制备了系列WPU乳液.采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)、接触角和耐水试验对WPU结构和性能进行表征.结果表明,纯PPC型WPU胶膜软硬段微相分离不明显,AEAPS改性胶膜软硬段微相分离明显,胶膜的结晶性随着AEAPS含量的增大而降低,胶膜耐热稳定性、耐水性和水接触角随着AEAPS含量的增大而提高.
