研究了GH4169高温合金在含三氯化铁的腐蚀液中腐蚀加工速度的影响因素。结果表明,腐蚀加工速度主要取决于HF、HNO3、HCl、FeCl3的浓度和加工温度。随着酸浓度的增加,腐蚀加工速度加快;温度每升高10℃,腐蚀速度增加4.35μm/min。FeCl3不仅能够提高腐蚀速度且能降低加工表面的粗糙度;溶液中Ni 2+的存在会影响腐蚀速率,随着Ni 2+浓度增加,腐蚀速率逐步降低。

The factors affecting the corrosion processing rate of GH4169 super alloy in corrosion processing solution containing FeCl3 were studied.The corrosion processing rate mainly depended on the concentration of HF,HNO3,HCl,FeCl3 and the processing temperature.The corrosion processing rate showed an increasing trend with the rise of concentration of acid.When the temperature increased 10 ℃,the processing rate increased 4.35 μm/min.FeCl3 could not only increase the corrosion processing rate,but also reduce the surface roughness.The existence of Ni2+ in the solution could influence corrosion processing rate.with the increase of Ni2+ concentration,the corrosion processing rate decreased gradually.
