采用HAAKE流变仪混炼法制备了石墨烯/ABS复合体系,以期提高ABS树脂的阻燃性能,作为对比样,同样方法制备了可膨胀石墨(EG)/ABS复合体系.用扫描电镜(SEM)和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对石墨烯进行了表征,采用氧指数和热重分析(TGA)研究了石墨烯的加入量对ABS树脂阻燃性能的影响.研究结果表明,添加石墨烯后,复合体系的氧指数由纯ABS树脂的21%上升到24.8%,且比相同含量的EG提高得更多;石墨烯质量分数为3%时,复合材料的拉伸强度、弹性模量由纯ABS的37.81MPa、1123MPa提高到40.84MPa、1368MPa.
