以蛋膜为模板,利用其仿生矿化机制和对反应离子的控制传输作用,制备出了铜族硫化物纳米晶,直接证明了蛋膜用于纳米材料合成的可行性,为半导体纳米材料的制备提供了一种新的方法.实验获得的CuS、Ag2S、Au2S3纳米晶粒径分别为30、24和22 nm,均具有主红外透过、光致发光等性能,并在紫外可见吸收光谱中出现了常规材料所不具备的新的吸收峰.
