利用机械活化-放电等离子(MASPS)的方法,将铁粉、铝粉和Al2O3粉的混合粉末通过高能球磨进行机械活化,并利用放电等离子快速烧结得到FeAl/Al2O3块体材料,讨论了Al2O3的活化作用及烧结工艺对复合材料组织与性能的影响.结果表明:利用MASPS法可以制备出致密且晶粒细小的FeAl/Al2O3纳米复合材料,最高致密度可以达到96.4%.
