喷射成形GCr15钢过喷粉末的粒度大小不一，其中颗粒直径在50~100 μm之间的颗粒占60%以上。大部分粉末颗粒呈球状或类球状，并且粉末越细小形状越规则。这些不同粒度过喷粉末的显微组织均以快速凝固的枝晶形态出现，随着粉末粒度的减小其显微组织越细化。

The size of sprayed powders of GCr15 are various, among them the powders ranging from 50 to 100 μm hold more than 60%. Most of the powders are spheroidal or quasispheroidal. The smaller the sizes of sprayed powders are, the more regular the powder shapes are.Rapidly solidified dendrite morphology appears on all powders of different sizes.Also the smaller the size is,the finer the microstructure becomes.
