采用水热合成法,按照摩尔比5Na_2O∶Al_2O_3∶8SiO_2∶xFe~(3+)∶(116~156)H_2O配料,草酸为铁离子的络合剂,经过室温搅拌成胶,100 ℃下于不锈钢反应釜中晶化20 h,合成了三种掺杂铁量不同的P型分子筛.利用XRD、FT-IR和SEM对产物进行了表征,分析结果表明铁掺杂P型分子筛与纯P型分子筛结构相同,其晶体粒度均匀且稍有增大;以合成的分子筛作为吸附剂考察了合成产物对水中氟离子、铅离子和钾离子的吸附性能,铁掺杂P型分子筛对氟离子的吸附性能明显增加,达到4.98 mg/g,而对铅离子和钾离子的吸附性能没有促进作用.
Using acetic acid as the complexing agent of ferric iron, the three zeolites P with different iron levels were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method according to the follow producer:the mixture with mole ratio of 5Na_2O∶Al_2O_3∶8SiO_2∶xFe~(3+)∶(116-156)H_2O, stirring for 3 h at room temperature, and then crystallizing for 20 h at 100 ℃ in the stainless steel reaction pot. The crystal structure of the samples was characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM.The results suggest that the iron-doped zeolites P had the same structure as that of the pure zeolite P, their crystalline sizes were homogeneous and had the trend of increasing. Also the adsorption properties to fluorinion and lead ions in water had been studied, the iron-doped zeolites P can raise the adsorbing capacity of F- to 4.98 mg/g, but did not improve the adsorption ability to Pb and K ions.
