以无机盐硫酸铜为原料,亚硫酸钠为还原剂,硫氰酸钾为沉淀剂,选择了一种阴离子型的分散剂N-N二甲基甲酰胺制备纳米CuSCN.讨论了影响产物粒径的因素,包括分散剂的用量、反应物的浓度和pH值,其最佳工作条件为:分散剂体积为5ml、反应物浓度为0.1mol/L和pH=9.用透射电镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪对产品进行了物性表征,结果表明:其晶粒形态特征符合β-CuSCN晶粒形态特征,制备出的粒子达到纳米级别.
