将沉淀强化型奥氏体钢在980℃固溶1h后淬火,然后在500 ~ 850℃时效4h,750℃析出强化效果最好.结合透射电子显微镜(TEM)和场离子显微镜(FIM),用原子探针层析技术(APT)研究强化相析出过程.结果表明,析出相为球形,是与基体共格的面心立方结构的γ'-Ni3(Al,Ti)相.随着时效温度提高,析出相尺寸增大,密度降低,Al元素和Ti元素在析出相与基体中的分配比逐渐提高,Ti元素的分配比明显高于Al元素,表现出更强的析出倾向.
