以水和酒精的混合物为碳化硅粉体的分散溶液,研究了碳化硅粉体在乙醇水溶液中的分散性.结果表明碳化硅能够很好地分散在乙醇的水溶液中,特别是当pH值在9~10之间的碱性条件下分散效果最佳:另外以聚乙二醇作为分散剂来改善碳化硅在乙醇水溶液中的分散性,实验证明聚乙二醇的加入可以改善碳化硅在乙醇水溶液中的分散性;同时通过热重和差热法来测量聚乙二醇在碳化硅表面的吸附量,研究发现聚乙二醇在碳化硅表面的吸附量随着pH值的增大而下降,在较高pH值下大多数的PEG仍然存在于溶液中;由此得到的稳定固含量为40%(质量分数)浆料经喷雾造粒而得到的粉料化学成分均匀,流动性较好.
