通过对ER7车轮钢断裂韧性试验的分析总结得出:ER7车轮钢的KQ值较高时,试验结果会受到试验参数设置的影响,具有不确定性,断口上也会出现明显的塑性变形带,晶粒细化、均匀,先析出铁素体均匀分布于珠光体周围是提高车轮钢KQ值的关健.
