溶液中的氯离子易引起金属严重腐蚀,尤其是对各种成膜性的金属,影响其电解效率、镀层质量、湿法冶炼和工艺过程等,因而去除和控制氯离子的技术在防腐蚀、电解、电镀、湿法冶炼及环保领域备受关注.为此,在归纳各种技术及其化学原理的基础上,着重综述了近十年国内外相关技术(包括化学沉淀技术、离子交换技术、电化学技术及其他技术等)的研究进展,评述了其在防腐蚀、电解、电镀、湿法冶炼、环保等行业中的应用现状、前景以及不足.
