选用商用纳米Al2O3与TiO2粉末,经混合制浆并通过喷雾造粒技术将其重构成大颗粒纳米Al2O3-13%TiO2团聚粉体,采用不同加热温度进行烧结,制备了用于热喷涂的纳米喂料。通过XRD、SEM检测和松装密度测定,研究其相结构、显微结构和纳米晶粒变化,由此分析了纳米团聚粉体烧结过程中纳米晶粒生长和致密化行为,并建立了晶粒生长模型。结果表明,适用于热喷涂的纳米团聚粉体的烧结温度应控制在1100℃以下。
Commercial nano-sized alumina and titania particles were selected to prepare the blended slurry with composition of Al2O3-13% TiO2,reconstituted into micrometer-sized granules by spray drying and subsequently sintered at different temperatures,and then nanostructured feedstock for thermal spraying was formed.The changes of phases,microstructure and grain size were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and measuring apparent density.The nano-particle growth and densification behavior of the agglomerated nanocrystalline powder during sintering were analyzed and a grain growth model was established.The results show that sintering temperature of the agglomerated nanocrystalline powder suitable for thermal spraying should be controlled below 1100 ℃.
