通过对保护渣物理性能测试方法的研究，将计算机与现代先进检测技术运用于保护渣物性参数测试过程中，开发了保护渣物理性能测试系统。该测试系统为连铸保护渣的使用提供了准确可靠的技术数据，达到了用科学的手段来评判设计保护渣的目的。测试系统操作简单、稳定性好、测试精度高。

Based on research of methods of testing physical properties of mold powder, the system for physical properties test with computer and advanced measuring technology has been developed. Reliable and precise data of physical properties of mold powder can be supplied by the testing system, so as to evaluate and design mold powder with scientific means. The testing system has simplicity of operation, higher reliability and precision.
