利用拉温光谱手段研究了常温及高温下氟对保护渣微观结构变化的影响,结果表明,氟是改变保护渣结构形态和调节晶体类型的重要组分,保护渣中特有的二聚体结构是枪晶石的典型特征。对于同一渣样,不同冷却方式获得的晶态、玻璃态,与高温熔融状态下的微观结构是完全不同的,常温玻璃态下仍可能表现出一定的晶体结构,熔融态下也不是完全的无序结构,也表现出一定晶体结构的团簇状形态。
Effect of fluorine on microstructure of mold powder was studied by using of Raman spectrum analyzer. The results show that fluorine is the key component to change the structure and crystal of mold powder. Dipolymer in mold powder is the typical characteristic of cuspidine. For the same sample, the microstructures of crystalline state, glassy state and melt state at high temperature are completely different and crystalline structure exists in glassy state; melt state doesn t show all unordered structure and cluster of crystal also exists.
