用传统氧化物法制备了缺铁组分为Y2.3Ca0.7Zr0.3V0.2Fe4.5-δO12(缺铁量δ=0.05)的石榴石铁氧体(YCaZrVIG),用XRD、SEM对样品进行物相和微结构表征。研究了烧结温度对YCaZrVIG铁氧体物相组成、烧结性能、微观结构及电磁性能的影响。结果表明,烧结后的YCaZrVIG铁氧体为单相的石榴石结构;适当提高烧结温度,有利于气孔的排除和致密化;1400℃-1450℃烧结的YCaZrVIG铁氧体晶粒形状规则,晶界清晰,结构较致密。随烧结温度的提高,YCaZrVIG铁氧体的晶粒尺寸先增大后减小,1420℃烧结的YCaZrVIG铁氧体结构致密,气孔相对较少,晶粒大小均匀且尺寸最大(约20μm),电磁性能较佳,ε=14.3,tanδε=4.4×10^-4,4πMs=165mT,Br=51mT,Hc=48A.m^-1(0.6Oe)。

The garnet ferrites with Fe-poor composition of Y2.3Ca0.7Zr0.3V0.2Fe4.5-δO12(iron deficiency δ=0.05)(YCaZrVIG) were prepared by conventional oxide ceramic method.The phase formation and microstructure were analyzed by X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The influences of sintering temperature on phase compositions,sintering properties,microstructures and electromagnetic properties of YCaZrVIG ferrites were investigated.The results indicated that all the sintered YCaZrVIG ferrites have a single garnet structure and appropriate increase of sintering temperature is beneficial to eliminate pores and enhance the density.The YCaZrVIG ferrites sintered at 1400~1450℃ have regular shaped grains,clear grain boundaries and dense structure.With the increase of sintering temperature,the grain size of YCaZrVIG ferrites increases firstly and then decreases.When sintering temperature is 1420℃,at which the sample has the uniformity and largest grain size about 20μm,the YCaZrVIG ferrites have a compact structure and fewer pores,showing optimal electromagnetic characteristics,ε=14.3,tanδε=4.4×10^-4,4πMs =165mT,Br=51mT,Hc=48A·m^-1(0.6Oe).
