通过腐蚀失重实验和极化曲线测试 ,研究合成药剂N、N、N′、N′ 四 ( 2甲基苯并咪唑 ) 1、2 -乙二胺 (简称BIEA)分子对铝在 1.5mol/LHCl溶液中的缓蚀性能 ,分析其作用机理 ,并研究BIEA与丁胺、庚胺的协同作用 .结果表明 :对铝在 1.5mol/LHCl溶液中BIEA是一种性能良好的缓蚀剂 .
N,N,N1 .N'-tetra-(-2 benzimidazolylmethy1)-1,2-ethanediamine (BIEA) is synthesized. Its corrosion inhibition behaviors to aluminum in l.Smol/L HCI solution as well as the synergism with butyl amine and heptyl amine are studied by corrosion weight-loss tests and polarization curve measurement.
