首钢京唐联合钢铁有限责任公司烧结一期工程新建两台500m2烧结机，目前已经有一台投入生产。针对500m2烧结机烟气特点，提出活性半焦脱硫工艺。对半焦性质做出分析，并介绍活性半焦脱硫机理；详细分析改性半焦E(270)-45HN-O1HO45N(720)-1.5h对模拟烟气脱硫效果的影响，考察了活性半焦氨水再生法和热再生法。得出改性半焦E(270)-45HN-O1HO45N(720)-1.5h对模拟烟气最佳脱硫温度为70℃、空速为700h-1、烟气中水含量7%、氧含量5%。
Shougang jingtang united steel Ltd. Sintering No.1 engineering will construct 2 500m2 sinters, now the first is on product. Aiming at the characteristic of the 500m2 sinter flue gas, the paper brings forward the active semi-coke desulfurization process. Analyzing the property of semi-coke, introducing desulfurization mechanism, analyzing detail the modified semi-coke E(270)-45HN-O1HO45N(720)-1.5h influence on desulfurization effect, studying active semi-coke ammonia and thermal regeneration method. Reaching the modified semi-coke E(270)-45HN-O1HO45N(720)-1.5h for simulation flue gas optimum temperature 70℃、airspeed 700h 1、water content 7%、oxygen5%.
