探索了聚芳硫醚砜(PASS)和聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)的共混比例对制得的平板膜结构和性能的影响.通过扫描电镜对复合分离膜进行结构分析,并用相关设备表征了平板膜的纯水通量、截留率、接触角、孔隙率和断裂强度.结果表明,实验制得了PASS/PVDF复合微滤膜,分离膜的孔径为400 ~ 800 nm,通量达到1300 L/(m2·h).当PVDF的添加量为1% ~3%时,获得的微滤膜的性能最好.
