以硼酸为缓冲剂、柠檬酸钠为络合剂,在弱酸性体系电沉积Fe-Co-P合金.采用EDS,XRD和振动样品磁强计(VSM)研究沉积条件.结果表明:当镀液pH值从3.0增加到4.5时,镀层中铁含量从5.54 at%增加到73.75 at%,而钴含量从63.41 at%下降到16.89 at%,磷含量从31.04 at%下降到9.36 at%;Fe-Co-P合金的磁性能与沉积条件密切相关,随着镀层中铁含量的增加和磷含量的降低,镀层的饱和磁化强度增加;镀态时镀层呈非晶态,在360℃会发生晶化出现体心立方Fe-Co合金和少量六方Co-Fe合金相,而600℃时存在立方Fe-Co和Co2P合金相;在500℃对Fe63.4Co5.6P31.0合金进行退火处理,能显著提高该合金的饱和磁化强度和矫顽力.
