通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射研究了Mg-8Li-5Zn-2Re合金热变形过程中组织和织构的演变.Mg-8Li-5Zn-2Re合金热挤压后,α相平行挤压方向伸长呈变形结构.在热压缩过程中随着温度的升高,α相转变为β相.在热挤压过程中,β相产生了{001}<110>和{110}<110>织构,而α相由于基面滑移出现了{0001} <1010>织构.由于压缩条件的变化,晶粒的取向分布发生了很显著的变化.利用XRD结果分析了热压缩实验中不同变形温度和应变速率下织构的演变规律.
