以超重力下燃烧合成方式原位合成出TiC基金属陶瓷,并研究了复合陶瓷显微组织与生成机理.XRD,FESEM与EDS分析结果表明,陶瓷基体主要由TiC球晶相组成,同时在两相间还分布着少量的WB与ε-(Ti,W)C以及含量更少的Fe<,6>W<,7>、Al<,2>O<,3>与ZrO<,2>.TiC基复合陶瓷的形成主要为三个阶段:一是在超重力作用下,燃烧反应快速进行,迅速获得全液相产物;二是超重力促使氧化物液相发生Stocks迁移,从而得到Ti-W-Fe-C-B合金液相;最后,TiC在Ti-W-Fe-C-B合金液相的冷却过程中优先形核、析出.
