小型风力发电系统中输出功率的波动会影响电能质量和设备使用寿命,风速是风轮输出功率波动的主要影响因素之一,建立适合小型风力机的组合风速模型,以便于研究小型风力发电系统输出功率波动的机理.本文综合考虑风特性和机组自身特性建立风速模型,不仅有基本风、阵风、渐变风和随机风,还加入风剪效应和塔影效应的影响,并利用Matlab-Simulink软件仿真.通过与实测风速数据对比,验证了该组合风速模型仿真实际风速的有效性,为小型风电系统输出特性的定量模拟研究以及凭借仿真数据进行小型风电系统输出功率波动抑制的研究提供理论依据.
Small wind power system output power fluctuation will affect the power quality and the service life of equipments.The wind speed is one of the main influencing factors of wind power output fluctuation.To establish a suitable wind speed model would be convenient for the study of the output power fluctuations mechanism of small wind power system.This paper considered the characteristics of wind and the unit itself to establish a wind speed model by using Matlab-Simulink software.It not only included the basic wind,gust and gradient wind and stochastic wind,but also considered the influence of wind shear and shadow effect.Compared with the actual measured wind speed data and verified the validity of the simulated combination wind speed model.It could provide theoretical basis for quantitative simulation studies and rely on the simulation data to study how to suppress the power fluctuation.
