铝酸钙玻璃是一种性能优异的中红外透过材料,而少量OH-的存在和成玻性差严重制约了铝酸钙玻璃的应用.本文研究了熔制工艺对铝酸钙玻璃红外性能的影响,并采用非等温方法研究了铝酸钙玻璃的析晶动力学.结果表明,采用RAP方法可有效消除铝酸钙玻璃的OH-,制备的玻璃具有优异透红外性能,OH-浓度仅为0.19×10TMcm-3.利用Kissinger方程,计算出铝酸钙玻璃的析晶活化能Ec,两个析晶峰对应的Ec1=369.8 kJ/mol和Ec2=522.7 kJ/mol.另外,两个析晶峰对应的析晶指数分别为1.8和2.2,均为表面控制析晶.
