针对一些生物材料在干燥过程中会发生收缩这一特性,本文以市场上新鲜豌豆为研究对象,测得了该物料在不同干燥条件下的干燥曲线,收缩曲线,复水曲线,引入并求得了体积收缩系数

Some material will shrink during drying process. Dehydrated vegetables shouldbe rehydrated before eaten. Drying curve, shrinkable curve and rehydrationcurve of fresh pea are measured in this paper. Volumetric shrinkablecoefficient is introduced and measured also
