以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为保护剂,甲醛为还原剂通过液相化学还原法制备得到纳米银溶胶.离心洗涤得到高纯度的纳米银浓缩水溶胶,添加助剂后,在超声处理下获得了水基喷墨导电墨水.用热泡式按需喷墨打印机分别在膨润型相纸、铸涂型相纸及间隙型相纸基材上印制导电图形,通过导电性能测试及扫描电镜观察发现,相纸涂层材料的特征对印制图形导电性能有着决定性的影响.其中,采用纳米级二氧化硅作涂层材料的间隙型相纸表现最为理想,纳米银颗粒排布连续密实,100℃下加热30 min后印制图案方块电阻为52.4 Ω/□.
