制备技术是获得高性能碳化硅多孔陶瓷的关键.综述了碳化硅合成方法和成孔方法对碳化硅多孔陶瓷一些主要的制备技术,主要包括烧成/烧结法、原位氧化反应结合法、反应烧结法、碳热还原法、先驱体转化法、化学气相渗透法等.介绍了各种方法的工艺过程,分析了优缺点,指出了今后发展的方向.
