利用电场诱导热转印技术,通过电场诱导热扩散和后续热处理分别在硅酸盐玻璃内部获得了银离子与银纳米晶图形.借助XPS、FT-IR、UV-vis研究了银的扩散、析晶机制.结果发现,在直流电场作用下,图形膜中金属银通过电化学反应被氧化为银离子,并沿电力线扩散进入玻璃基体,分别以Ag+和Ag0形式占据Na+空位和填充到玻璃网络间隙.后续热处理过程中部分Ag+还原为Ag,银离子通过扩散、成核、析晶为银纳米晶.EPA和HRTEM等分析表明,玻璃内部获得的金属银离子及银纳米晶图形清晰,银含量最高可达24.5%(质量分数),扩散深度>200μm,银纳米晶体呈面心立方结构,直径为7~15nm.
