聚合物基复合材料以其优异的特性在各领域广泛应用,聚合物基复合材料的熔融连接技术一直是研究的重点.本文系统地综述了影响电阻焊接接头质量的加热元件、焊接压力和输入功率等工艺参数和焊接过程的温度分布情况,讨论了热固性聚合物基复合材料电阻焊接的实现及电阻焊接有限元模型的建立,展望了聚合物基复合材料电阻焊接技术未来的研究方向.
