提出了衡量钢铁生产过程中铁矿石等天然资源节约程度的重要指标------铁资源效率, 给出了生产流程的基准铁流图, 分析了偏离基准铁流图的各股铁流对铁资源效率的影响, 讨论了流程铁资源效率与工序铁资源效率之间的关系．以某钢厂年平均生产数据为例, 分析了生产流程的铁流对铁资源效率的影响.
The iron resource efficiency, for defining the degree of saving of natural iron resources in steel production process, was formulated. A standard iron--flow diagram of steel production process was given. The influences of iron--flow deviated in various ways from standard iron--flow diagram on iron resource efficiency were analyzed. The relationship between iron resource efficiency of steel production process and of its unit process has also been discussed. By using the data of a steel plant, the influences of iron--flow in steel production process on its iron resource efficiency were analyzed as an example.
