对研制合金采用不同的热处理制度进行强韧性研究,在SEM下观察材料的微观形态、分析成份,分析原因.在合金中加入某些强韧化元素,通过一定的锻造比,采用比较合理的成份设计及热处理工艺来控制碳化物的形态和位置,在不出现脆性相温度下进行固溶处理,最后进行γ'及γ″相沉淀时效,可以大幅提高其强度及冲击韧性.
