全面介绍了目前国内外换热器的防腐技术和方法,并对各种技术进行综合评价与比较.环保、低成本、高效率地提高换热器的耐蚀性能是换热器防腐技术的前进方向.因此,面对现代化工业和市场对换热器耐蚀性能要求的不断提高,综合各种防腐技术是解决换热器腐蚀问题的首选方法,改善电镀和化学镀非晶态镀层工艺问题、进一步提高非晶态镀层质量和沉积钛镀层的研究应是努力的方向.
