用不含有机模板剂的方法,在平均孔径为2μm多孔α-Al2O3陶瓷管外表面合成了ZSM-5分子筛膜.采用摩尔组成为12Na2O∶100SiO2∶2Al2O3∶2500H2O,合成的ZSM-5分子筛晶种,晶粒发育完整,粒度在15 nm左右.再用摩尔组成为28Na2O∶100SiO2∶1.5Al2O3∶5000H2O的晶化溶胶,在种了晶种的支撑体上合成的ZSM-5分子筛膜,经FT-IR分析具有ZSM-5分子筛的典型五元环结构,XRD分析表明有ZSM-5分子筛,SEM表明分子筛膜无明显缺陷,膜厚度约13 μm,其对H2的渗透率可达2.3×10-7 mol·(m-2·s-1·pa-1),H2/N2,H2/CH4,H2/CO2的理想分离因数分别为3.14,2.35,2.71.
