为确定分离结晶过程中气液界面形状及其稳定控制条件,采用四阶龙格-库塔法对地面条件下分离结晶法制备CdZnTe晶体过程中气液界面形状及气缝宽度进行了数值计算,并利用线性回归方法对数值结果进行了整理.分析表明:熔体与坩埚的接触角和气液界面两端压差是影响气液界面形状及其稳定性的主要因素;生长过程中要维持稳定的气缝宽度,必须满足冷热端气压差调节速率与结晶速率呈线性关系.
