铁电陶瓷基光子晶体在外场激励作用下发生铁电相变,可用于制备带隙可调光子晶体.主要介绍了不同维度铁电陶瓷基光子晶体的常用制备方法,总结了每种方法的特点及代表性的研究成果,阐述了铁电陶瓷基光子晶体的应用,最后提出了铁电陶瓷基光子晶体的发展趋势.
