通过溶液聚合的方法,以聚己二酸乙二醇(PEA)为软段,不同的二胺、二酐为扩链剂,制备了七种不同硬段结构和含量的聚氨酯膜,并对其结构和热性质进行了表征.考察了不同硬段结构与其渗透汽化笨/环己烷分离性能之间的关系.结果表明,PEA型聚氨酯膜可以有效分离苯/环己烷混合物中的苯,其中以二胺基二苯甲烷(MDA)扩链的聚氨酯膜综合渗透汽化分离性能最佳,对于苯/环己烷(50/50)体系,40℃时硬段含量为21.5%的膜渗透通量为26.35 kg·μm/m2·h,分离因子为6.29.而硬段含量为28.4%的膜渗透通量为9.52 kg·μm2·h,分离因子为13.21.
