研究了二价元素Ca、Sr、Ba在稀土锆酸盐Sm_2Zr_2O_7中掺杂固溶情况,并采用激光闪射法测定了固溶样品的热导率.X射线衍射数据表明,相对于Mg~(2+)离子,Ca~(2+)、Sr~(2+)、Ba~(2+)离子在Sm_2Zr_2O_7中的固溶度并不大,在较小的掺杂量时,就有相应的锆酸盐化合物相析出,这是掺杂机制的不同造成的;而固溶样品的热导率测试结果说明,掺杂能降低材料的热导率,但降低幅度不大.
Bivalent ions doping in rare-earth zirconate Sm_2Zr_2O_7 was studied. The composition range in which a complete solid solution forms was investigated for Ca~(2+)/Sr~(2+)/Ba~(2+)-doped samples and thermal conductivities of the samples with complete solid solution was measured by means of laser flash method. The XRD patterns show that the solid solubility of Ca~(2+), Sr~(2+) and Ba~(2+) ions in the lattice of Sm_2Zr_2O_7 is small compared with Mg~(2+) ion, and a second phase of the corresponding zirconates appear at a low content of doping ions, which can be attributed to the different solid solution mechanism. And the thermal conductivity data reveal that bivalent ions doping does reduce the thermal conductivity of Sm_2Zr_2O_7 though it is not distinct.
