某化纤公司聚酯装置的缩聚反应器(25R01)在运行过程中,出现反应器真空泄漏的情况.经检查是由于该反应器的搅拌轴与轴套配合面损坏,并引起密封两者的O型圈和金属铝垫圈损坏而使密封失效.通过对反应器搅拌轴与轴套配合面损坏的宏观形貌、搅拌轴表面粘附产物的扫描电镜分析. 确认搅拌轴与轴套配合面的损坏原因是两者之间产生了微动磨损.
Leakage of a polyester polymerization reactor (25R01) occurred during operation at a chemical fiber company. The inspection results showed that the leakage was due to the damage of the stirring shaft and bushing, which gave rise to the sealing failure of the O-type ring and aluminum ring between the shaft and bushing. The damaged matching surfaces of the shaft and bushing was examined by macroscopical observation, and corrosion products attached on the shaft were observed by scanning electron microscope. It follows that the damage of the shaft and bushing was attributed to the fretting wear between them.
