采用一步溶剂热法与光催化还原法制备了Ag修饰N掺杂石墨烯/TiO2纳米复合材料,用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、XPS和UV-Vis DRS等技术对样品进行了表征,实验考察了复合材料在模拟太阳光下光催化产氢活性,分析讨论了其光催化产氢反应机理.结果表明,该纳米复合材料具有显著的光催化活性,模拟太阳光照射下10 h内样品的产氢量达到1132.54 μmol,比纯TiO2的产氢量提高了4.3倍,Ag和N掺杂石墨烯的协同效应提高了TiO2半导体的光催化活性和量子效率.
