在铸轧过程中同时施加超声场和电磁场制备了铅合金板带,研究了复合能场对铸轧铅合金板带显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在铅合金铸轧过程中加入超声和电磁复合能场后,铅合金板带的显微组织更加均匀,枝晶被打碎,晶粒更加细化;与普通铸轧铅合金板带相比,复合能场铸轧铅合金板带的力学性能得到显著提高,其抗拉强度提高了12.42%,屈服强度提高了29.17%,伸长率提高了24.16%,硬度提高了1.79/6,铅合金板带的各向异性得到了改善。
Lead alloy strips were cast-rolled in the combined ultrasonic and electromagnetic field, and the effects of combined ultrasonic and electromagnetic field on microstructure and mechanical properties of cast-rolled lead alloy strip were investigated. The results show that the microstruetures of cast-rolled lead strips became more homogeneous, the cellular dendrites were broken and the refined grains could be observed in the microstrueture of the lead alloy strips cast-rolled in the combined ultrasonic and electromagnetic field. Compared with the general cast- rolled lead strip, the mechanical properties of the combined energy field cast-rolling lead strip increased significantly. The tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness of the combined energy field cast-rolling lead strip increased by 12.42%, 29. 17%, 24. 16% and 1.70/oo respectively, and the anisotropy of lead alloy strip was improved as well.
