以石英砂为主要原料,采用添加造孔剂方法制备石英质多孔陶瓷.采用TG/DSC、XRD、SEM对样品进行晶相分析及微观形貌观察,探讨了膨润土含量对多孔陶瓷干坯强度、抗压强度、断裂强度的影响.结果表明,膨润土含量从O%增加到4%时,试样的干坯强度不断增大,烧结后样品的抗压强度和断裂强度不断增大,但当膨润土含量继续增加时,各性能变化不明显.
